I got the new dubi cup and it’s not worth your money. 12.98 for this is crazy

Always yummy and usually pretty looking cookies (not so pretty today since the young lady seemed in a rush even though there were only 2 customers in the store). Customer service can be improved, lacks common courtesy and manners kids are usually taught. The young lady did not say hello or thank you. Just handed over the cookies. As I watched her make the cookies- she was tucking her stray hairs behind her ears constantly, with gloves on, which defeats the purpose of the gloves :/ I know that when people prepare your food in restaurants this stuff happens all the time, but it’s just hard to look at. If I were not on my way to celebrate a birthday, I would have addressed the issue of sanitation and hygiene. I picked up the cookies at 3:10, March 7. The gal had dark long hair. I would love to see improvement in customer service and food handling the next time, since these cookies are so delicious for special occasions. Thank you!

We placed a carry-out order and stood in line for well over our assigned pickup time. The que on the app had us as #4 in-line but the in-store que had us as #12. The communication between the app and the store seems to need some improvement, as does the assembly process inside.

My entire family LOVES Crumbl Cookie! l go every month during *that time of the month* for me. It’s the perfect fix! The cookies are huge! I always get the box of 4 for $12 and it’s definitely worth the price. My daughter loves sampling all of them, rating them, and making TikTok’s. I haven’t tried one cookie that I didn’t like. I even enjoy waiting in store bc it smells so good. The staff is also super friendly. I highly recommend downloading the app for easy ordering, quicker pickups, and you earn points towards future purchases.

I’ve legitimately been to this crumbl location almost weekly since they’ve opened😂 happy to report a five star review! I’ve never had issues with the employees. The kitchen is always clean. I always get a “welcome to crumblll😃” greeting when I walk in. And the staff accommodates my peanut allergy by boxing peanut butter cookies in a single box and warns me of possible cross contamination (although this is my own risk I am willing to take). I LOVE to order cookies on the app as there’s no need to wait in line for cookies. Although, I recently learned the joy of ordering my cookies in store and that’s ordering cookies from the previous week menu in the new week (if there are any leftover)! Overall, I love crumbl. They’ve definitely replaced Tiff’s Treats in my household as my husband loves the larger portion sizes here😅
